Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Bare Teeth! As a small business creating unique items, every order is important to us. Below are the details on how we get your items from us to your doorstep.
1. Processing Time
Because of the nature of the items, we need a little time to prepare your order before it ships.

Standard Orders: Please allow [e.g., 3–4] business days for us to package and drop off your order for shipment.

Note: "Business days" are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently ship to all 50 states within the U.S. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Calculated Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the package and your location using Shippo for the best rates.

Carriers: We primarily ship via UPS for quality of service reasons.
Estimated Delivery Times (once shipped):

UPS Ground : 2–5 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather or peak holiday seasons are out of our control.
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification from Shippo which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

If you notice a mistake after placing an order, please email us immediately at [Your Email Address]. We can only fix it if the package has not yet shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Bare Teeth is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are missing.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors.

If it is still missing, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered) for more than 15 days, please contact us so we can assist.
6. Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our handmade items to ensure they arrive safely. However, accidents happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@bareteeth.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the damaged item.

A photo of the damaged packaging (box/mailer).
We will work with you to file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.
